Neuro-Informed Coaching

Whether you're navigating a diagnosis, burnout, relationships or simply trying to make sense of yourself, this is a space where you don't have to mask, justify yourself or have all the answers.

My approach

My approach is built on the belief that there is nothing wrong with your brain, it’s the systems that we are trying to fit ourselves into that are the issue!

So many neurodivergent people come to coaching feeling exhausted from masking, constantly second-guessing themselves, or wondering why things seem harder than they do for everyone else.

I combine neuro-informed coaching, nervous system awareness, attachment-informed approaches, and practical tools to help you better understand yourself and create lasting change in a way that feels sustainable.

Together, we'll explore not only what is happening in your life, but why it's happening, helping you build greater self-awareness, self-trust, and confidence along the way.

What is coaching?

It's a space to slow down, untangle what's going on and better understand yourself. Together we'll explore the challenges you're facing, identify what's getting in the way, and find approaches that work with your brain rather than against it.

Every session is led by you. Sometimes we'll focus on practical strategies, other times we'll explore patterns, emotions or beliefs that have been keeping you stuck. My role is to ask thoughtful questions, offer a different perspective and support you to create meaningful, lasting change.

You don't need to have everything figured out before you start. You just need a place where you can show up exactly as you are.

Why work with me?

Finding out I was neurodivergent in my late twenties changed how I understood myself. So many of the struggles I'd spent years trying to "fix" suddenly made sense.

That experience, alongside my background in psychology and neuro-informed coaching, shapes the way I work today.

I don't believe there's anything wrong with you. I believe many neurodivergent people have spent years trying to adapt to environments, expectations and systems that were never designed with them in mind.

My role isn't to tell you who you should be. It's to help you understand yourself with more compassion, reconnect with your strengths and build a life that genuinely works for you.

Areas I support in:

Whilst every coaching journey is unique, there are some themes that come up time and time again.

Many of my clients come to me feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or unsure how to navigate relationships and life as a neurodivergent person. Together, we create space to understand what's happening beneath the surface and find ways forward that genuinely work for you.

Areas I support in:

  • Recovering from burnout and preventing it from happening again

  • Understanding your neurodivergent brain

  • Navigating a new ADHD or autism diagnosis

  • Building routines that actually work for you

  • Regulating your nervous system and managing overwhelm

  • Unmasking and reconnecting with your authentic self

  • Building confidence and self-trust

  • Understanding emotions, patterns and triggers

  • Managing life, work and relationship changes

  • Improving communication and setting boundaries

  • Navigating friendships and social expectations

  • Strengthening relationships as a neurodivergent person

  • Understanding neurodivergence within your relationship

  • Creating a life that feels sustainable, not just manageable

Coaching built for you

No two neurodivergent people are the same, which is why I don't believe coaching should be delivered in a one-size-fits-all way.

Some people love structure and consistency. Others need flexibility. Some process best through movement, while others prefer the comfort of their own space. Together, we'll find an approach that feels right for you.

All sessions can be adapted to suit your communication preferences, including camera-off virtual sessions if that feels more comfortable. My goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are, without pressure to perform, mask, or fit a particular mould.
