About As-You-Go Sessions

I created my As-You-Go sessions for people who want support without the commitment of a longer coaching journey.

These sessions offer a flexible space to explore whatever feels most important to you, whether that's navigating a diagnosis, working through relationship challenges, managing overwhelm, or simply making sense of what's going on in your life right now.

There is no expectation to book a certain number of sessions or have a long-term plan. You can access support as and when you need it, giving you the freedom to explore coaching in a way that feels comfortable and manageable for you.

How it works

Each session is tailored to what feels most important to you that day. You don't need to arrive with a perfectly clear goal or know exactly what you want to work on.

Together, we'll explore what's coming up for you and create space to better understand yourself, your needs, and the challenges you're navigating.

As-You-Go sessions may be a good fit if you:

  • Need a space to process thoughts, emotions, or experiences
