Neuro-Affirming Coaching
Whether you're navigating a diagnosis, burnout, relationships or simply trying to make sense of yourself, this is a space where you don't have to mask, justify yourself or have all the answers.
My coaching
What is neuro-affirming coaching?
Neuro-affirming coaching starts from the belief that there is nothing wrong with your brain. Instead of trying to help you fit into systems that weren't designed with neurodivergent people in mind, we focus on understanding how you work.
Together, we'll explore your strengths, challenges, patterns and nervous system, helping you build strategies that work with your brain rather than against it.
My coaching combines neuro-affirming practice with nervous system awareness, psychology, attachment-informed approaches and practical tools to help you better understand yourself, reduce shame and create lasting, sustainable change.
Why work with me?
Finding out I was neurodivergent in my late twenties completely changed the way I understood myself. It brought relief, grief, answers and a whole new perspective on the years I'd spent wondering why life seemed harder than it looked for everyone else.
Since then, everything I've done has been centred around supporting neurodivergent people and creating spaces where people feel seen, understood and genuinely heard.
I combine my lived experience with my coaching qualification, background in psychology, ongoing neurodivergent-specific training and extensive research to provide coaching that is both evidence-informed and deeply compassionate.
My role isn't to tell you who you should be. It's to help you understand yourself with more curiosity, self-compassion and confidence, so you can build a life that works for you.
