About 1:1 Coaching Journey

This six-session coaching journey is designed for neurodivergent people who want more than a quick fix. Together, we'll create space to explore your patterns, understand your needs, build self-trust, and find ways of moving through life that feel more aligned with who you are. We'll explore what's happening beneath the surface, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and build strategies that work with your brain rather than against it.

I created this coaching journey because meaningful change takes time. So many of us spend years trying to force ourselves into systems, relationships, routines, and expectations that simply don't fit. We learn to push through, mask, and ignore our needs until we find ourselves overwhelmed, burnt out, disconnected from ourselves, or unsure how to move forward.

What’s involved

Over six sessions, we'll build a coaching relationship that allows us to explore challenges at a deeper level than a one-off session.

Each journey is tailored to you, but we may explore:

  • Your unique neurodivergent experience

  • Emotional and behavioural patterns

  • Nervous system awareness and regulation

  • Relationships, communication, and boundaries

  • Self-confidence and self-trust

  • Burnout, overwhelm, and energy management

  • Practical strategies that support the way your brain works

There is no rigid programme or workbook to complete. Instead, we move at a pace that feels right for you and focus on what feels most important throughout the process.

Whilst every coaching journey is different, many people leave with:

  • A deeper understanding of themselves.

  • Greater self-compassion and self-trust.

  • Increased awareness of their nervous system and needs.

  • More confidence in relationships and communication.

  • Practical tools for managing overwhelm.
